Despite strong sign-up numbers, Covideo faced early-stage churn. New users weren’t realizing the platform’s full value—missing key features and best practices that drive engagement and success. Many didn’t know how to reuse video assets with the built-in editor, leverage notifications and analytics to track engagement, integrate with CRMs, and much more. Others struggled with confidence on camera, understanding video performance, or using tools like the teleprompter and AI assist. Without early guidance, usage was limited—and so was retention.
